Aerie - Merchandise Leader (Part-Time)

YOUR ROLE

As the Merchandise Leader, you are the Merchandising Team Leader's right hand in ensuring your store always upholds AEO Brand Visual Standards. Your expertise lies in executing effective floorsets, marketing and merchandising updates, and keeping the store "guest ready" through replenishment. You have sharp attention to detail, a passion for visual standards, and enjoy working with your team to get the job done. Most importantly, you represent our company values and bring your real self to work every day.

Your Responsibilities

• You support driving an outstanding guest experience in partnership with the Merchandising Team Leader by ensuring the store always reflects AEO Brand Standards.
• You lead floorset execution by training and coaching the floorset team, setting clear productivity goals, and ensuring all areas meet floorset standards.
• You own day‑to‑day merchandising, sell‑through adjustments, and replenishment, spotting opportunities and planning with leadership to take action.
• You help the team understand how to maintain AEO Brand Standards through adjustments and replenishment, ensuring the store always looks fresh.
• You prioritize the guest experience, champion a culture of recognition, and celebrate wins with the team.
• You maintain store and stockroom safety standards, commit to shrink‑reduction strategies, and adhere to all AEO policies and procedures.
