Operations/ Librarian Track:
- Taxonomy & Metadata Governance: Standardizing tag structures and schemas
- Folder & Permission Structure: Organization and access control rules
- Search Optimization: Tune smart tags, predicates, and facets for rapid discovery
- Lifecycle & Archival: Asset retention and retirement policy execution
- Author Enablement: Train marketers, agencies, and content authors on DAM standards
- Quality Audits: Periodic reviews for duplicate, orphaned, or broken assets
Stakeholder Liaison: Bridge brand, legal, IT, and creative teams on DAM roadmap
