AEM Developer (with .NET and React)We are seeking a mid-to-senior level AEM Developer who is skilled in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) design and customization, with a strong background in .NET (C#), HTML/CSS/JavaScript, and ReactJS. The ideal candidate will work on delivering web-based solutions and contribute to both backend development and frontend design, supporting ongoing and upcoming digital transformation initiatives within the organization. Familiarity with Azure Cloud is required.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and implement components within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) for dynamic web content delivery.Collaborate with UX/UI teams to translate wireframes and visual designs into functional AEM templates and components.Develop backend services and APIs using .NET with C# to support content-driven and dynamic web applications.Implement ReactJS components for rich, interactive user interfaces integrated with AEM content.Optimize application performance, ensure cross-browser compatibility, and perform code reviews.Work within Azure Cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines to deploy scalable solutions.Participate in Agile ceremonies, daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and contribute to estimation and delivery.Required Skills:.NET with C# – 6–8 yearsBackend development of APIs, services, and business logic.ReactJS – 4–5 yearsModern frontend development using components, hooks, and state management.Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) – 1–3 yearsAEM Designer-level experience including template/component creation and customization.Frontend Skills: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScriptAzure CloudExperience working in Azure environments and deploying solutions on Azure.Preferred Traits:Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.Strong communication skills for stakeholder interactions.Additional Information:This role is part of a long-term digital initiative and may lead to other full-stack projects involving.NET and React beyond AEM development.Candidates must be located in or willing to commute occasionally to either DFW, TX or Richmond, VA (hybrid model).
