AEM Developer

We're seeking an AEM Developer to design, develop, and implement Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solutions that enhance digital experiences for our clients. In this role, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable AEM solutions that align with business objectives.Pay Range :$70/ hr on w2 to $75/hr on w2Responsibilities:Design, develop, and implement AEM-based solutions to meet business and technical requirementsCollaborate with product owners, designers, and developers to create seamless digital experiencesCustomize and extend AEM components, workflows, and templates to support client needsEnsure AEM implementations are scalable, secure, and optimized for performanceIntegrate AEM with other enterprise systems, such as CRM, DAM, and analytics platformsProvide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team membersConduct code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting to maintain high-quality AEM solutionsStay up-to-date with AEM best practices, new features, and industry trendsRequired Qualifications:Required:5+ years of experience in Java development with a strong focus on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)Hands-on experience with AEM 6.x, including AEM Sites, Assets, and WorkflowsProficiency in Java, JCR, Sling, HTL, and OSGi frameworksExperience with AEM development tools, such as Maven, CRXDE, and AEM Developer ToolsStrong understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScriptKnowledge of AEM security best practices and performance optimization techniquesExperience with AEM integrations, including RESTful APIs and third-party systemsAbility to work in an Agile environment and collaborate with cross-functional teamsStrong problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on delivering high-quality solutionsPreferred (Set Yourself Apart With):Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) in AEMExperience with AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS) and headless CMS implementationsKnowledge of personalization, targeting, and AEM FormsFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for AEMExperience with Adobe Target, Analytics, and other Adobe Experience Cloud solutionsIf you meet the required qualifications and are interested in this role, please apply today.
