AEC Marketing Coordinator

To support a growing practice, the full-time AEC Marketing Coordinator will manage proposal development, marketing materials, and quality assurance for client-facing documents in a hybrid or remote work environment. Key Responsibilities Facilitate the development and submission of proposals and statements of qualifications (SOQs), including conducting research and post-mortem evaluations Assist in the preparation and maintenance of marketing materials, including resumes, project summaries, and PowerPoint presentations for client interactions Perform quality assurance checks on all marketing materials and peer review technical writing for accuracy and clarity Required Qualifications 5+ years of marketing experience in the AEC field Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite Strong writing and organizational skills Self-starter with a motivated and team-oriented attitude Experience with InDesign is desirable but not required
