AE - Merchandise Leader (Part-Time)

YOUR ROLE

As the Merchandise Leader, you are the Merchandising Team Leader's right hand in ensuring your store consistently meets AEO Brand Visual Standards. Your expertise includes executing effective Floorsets, marketing, and merchandising updates; and ensuring the store is always "guest ready" through effective replenishment. You should have a keen attention to detail, a passion for visual standards, and enjoy collaborating with your team to #getthejobdone. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• You have a passion for merchandising: Support an outstanding guest experience by ensuring your store reflects AEO Brand Standards in partnership with the Merchandising Team Leader.
• Floorsets are your forte! Drive successful Floorset execution by training and coaching the Floorset team, setting clear productivity goals, and ensuring all store areas meet Floorset standards, from uppers and bustforms to tables and wardrobers.
• You are a merchandising innovator : Maintain the store's appearance through daily merchandising, sell-through adjustments, and replenishment. Identify merchandising opportunities and collaborate with leadership to take action.
• Teamwork is key: Support the Merchandising Team Leader in ensuring the team understands how to uphold AEO Brand Standards through merchandising, adjustments, and replenishment, keeping the store #fresh!
• You are a people person: Prioritize the guest experience as the merchandising team's top goal. Foster a culture of recognition and celebrate team wins.
• Integrity is essential: Maintain store safety standards on the sales floor and in the stockroom. Commit to shrink-reducing strategies and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS

• You are organized with strong attention to detail, and excel at priority-setting and time management.
• You have flexible availability to work early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.
• You possess strong retail merchandising and visual skills, with a background in retail work — #practicemakesperfect.
