Key responsibilities Provide prescriptive consulting to a diverse portfolio of Raiser's Edge NXT customers Craft tailored roadmaps for customers to adopt or expand functionality based on their needs Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance customer experience and support throughout their engagement Required qualifications 5+ years of experience using, supporting, or consulting on RE7 and RENXT Experience in multiple areas of fundraising, such as annual or major giving Proven ability to engage with key stakeholders and drive organizational change Strong portfolio management skills with a self-starter mindset Detail-oriented with a deep understanding of customer needs
