You will maintain clean and reliable data systems, processing account changes with precision, and producing customized reports for advisors. Through proactive communication, ongoing audits, and collaborative problem-solving, you will facilitate seamless billing cycles.Primary ResponsibilitiesManage quarterly billing cycle for Schwab Investment Advisory fee collectionEnsure the integrity of Orion data and other data, both internal and third party, related to the calculation of fees and support of compliance monitoringReview billing reports for discrepancies and make any necessary correctionsReview and place trades to support the collection of feesSupervise the Investment Advisory Billing TeamAssist in the development and testing of new software systems supporting fee collectionAssist in the development and testing of Orion based systems supporting compliance monitoringAssist with Investment Advisory operations including account opening, trading, money movement and other service requestsAssist Financial Advisors in tailoring fee collection parameters for clients' specific needsAdditional duties as may be requiredEssential CharacteristicsHigh level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situationsThis position requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacyAbility to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organizationStrong organizational skills and attention to detail in such things as composing, typing, and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlinesWork in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demandsKnowledge of data gathering and reporting procedures with a high level of attention to detailFlexibility for travelAbility to supervise and problem solveSound judgment when weighing options in difficult situationsSelf-starter and motivatedEducation, Training & ExperienceBachelor's degree with an accounting or finance degree preferred5+ years working in Finance/ Accounting field and or similar experience requiredRegistrations and Certifications RequiredMedallion Signature GuaranteeSIESeries 7Series 66Series 24 (preferred)Computer Equipment & SoftwareMicrosoft SuiteExcelOutlookWordVisioPowerPointOrion TechnologySalesforceWorking ConditionsBusiness professional office environmentStandard 40-hour work weekWe are committed to providing an accessible work environment.
