Forms Logic builds workflow automation software for the wealth management industry. Our platform, Navigator, streamlines new account opening and ongoing account maintenance, and Migrator manages advisor transitions and platform migrations for RIAs and broker-dealers. We work with leading firms across the industry and are growing quickly.
The Role
You’ll own delivery for advisor transition engagements from kickoff through completion. You’ll be the day-to-day point of contact for departing and receiving firms, keeping complex, time-sensitive projects on track and making sure advisors and their clients have a smooth move.
What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end transition and migration engagements, including scoping, planning, and execution
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and dependencies across client, custodian, and internal teams
- Coordinate data mapping, account paperwork, and tape-to-tape processes with receiving and departing firms
- Serve as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, communicating status and surfacing risks early
- Partner with Product and Engineering to improve Migrator and our delivery playbooks
- Maintain accurate documentation and handle sensitive client data in line with our security and compliance standards
What You Bring
- (3-5+) years in wealth management operations, advisor transitions, onboarding, or custodial/platform conversions
- Experience managing multiple client-facing projects with firm deadlines
- Working knowledge of account opening, ACATs, repapering, and the Broker Protocol
- Strong communication skills and comfort working with advisors, operations teams, and executives
- High attention to detail and sound judgment with confidential information
- Preferred: experience with workflow or onboarding platforms, project management tools, or a prior implementation/delivery role in fintech
