Advisor Asst / Sales asst — On-Site Monday–Friday
Location: Parsippany, NJ
Compensation: $55k-$60k ($70+ if licenced)
Our client, a broker-dealer in Parsippany, NJ, is seeking an Advisor Assistant / Sales Asst to join their team and play a key role in helping two partners grow their Assets Under Management (AUM).
This is a relationship and service-driven role with for someone who enjoys working directly with retail investment clients, and supporting Advisors in growing AUM.
What You’ll Do
- Identify opportunities to deepen relationships and support AUM growth
- Take ownership of client requests and work to resolve them efficiently
- Take charge of service responsibilities, including new client onboarding
- Work closely with the partners and broader team to deliver a high level of client service
What We’re Looking For
- 2–3+ years of experience working in retail investment clients (retail preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Outgoing, motivated, and highly engaged personality
- Strong follow-through skills
- A genuine interest in helping clients and contributing to business growth
Compensation & Growth
- $55k-$60k ($70k+ if licensed)
