The Advanced Urgent Care RN provides nursing care in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment, coordinating health care services for patients of all ages. This role is ideal for experienced nurses who excel in critical thinking and collaboration within a healthcare team.

What You'll Do
- Provide ongoing assessment of nursing care needs for a defined group of patients.
- Develop written plans of care based on nursing diagnoses.
- Assist patients and families in developing health care goals.
- Determine priorities of patient care based on essential needs and resources.
- Provide nursing interventions safely and competently.
- Offer telephone consultation to patients and families.
- Anticipate and recognize changes in patient status and modify care plans accordingly.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members in planning and implementing care.
- Assess needs of patients requiring hospitalization and initiate discharge planning.
- Develop educational components for nursing care plans and encourage patient compliance.
Requirements
Education
- Associate's Degree (ADN) required
Experience
- Experienced level required
Licenses & Certifications
- Current RN License in Washington
