We are seeking an experienced Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) to join a patient-centered healthcare organization focused on delivering high-quality, comprehensive primary care.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct patient assessments, diagnose conditions, and manage treatment plans.
Collaborate with physicians, ARNPs, PAs, and nursing staff.
Provide patient education, preventive care, and care coordination.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and support quality improvement initiatives.
Participate in team-based care and population health management.
Required Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited ARNP program.
Current Washington State RN and ARNP licenses.
Washington State prescriptive authority.
Experience in a broad primary care clinic setting.
Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
