Staff Attorney
Nationally recognized law firm has an immediate opening for a Staff Attorney for their Advanced Records Center. The staff attorney will handle Public Records Act requests for our municipal clients throughout California and ideally Nevada as well, and supervise a team of dedicated paralegals and reviewers.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience with and substantive knowledge of the Public Records Act, as well as extensive experience with e-Discovery are both required.
- E-discovery certification preferred.
- This is a non-partnership track position that will require travel to client offices and courts throughout those regions.
Locations: The Attorney may be based in any of the following office locations: Indian Wells | Irvine | Los Angeles | Ontario | Riverside.
Position is currently REMOTE until further notice, however candidate should reside in the designated areas of the locations.
