Job Description
Lead APQP, PPAP, and validation activities
Develop quality plans for new products
Conduct risk assessments (FMEA)
Partner with engineering and program teams
Ensure customer and regulatory compliance
Support early-stage design for manufacturability

The Successful Applicant
A successful Advanced Quality Engineer should have:
BS in Engineering
4-8 years quality engineering experience
APQP/PPAP/FMEA expertise
Experience with regulated or OEM environments
Strong cross-functional communication
