Position Overview
We are seeking a Certified Advanced Practitioner Provider to join our team at our Goodyear location. This private practice opportunity offers an excellent work-life balance with a 4-day work week and an average patient load of 27 patients per day.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive pediatric care to patients in a busy outpatient setting.
- Perform patient assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members to ensure high-quality care.
- Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record system.
Qualifications
- Certified Advanced Practitioner Provider (NP, PA, or equivalent) with current licensure.
- Experience in pediatric care preferred.
- Strong clinical skills and ability to manage a diverse patient population.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
