Position Overview
We are seeking a Certified Advanced Practitioner Provider to join our team at our Goodyear location. This private practice opportunity offers an excellent work-life balance with a 4-day work week and an average patient load of 27 patients per day.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive pediatric care to patients in a busy outpatient setting.
* Perform patient assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans.
* Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members to ensure high-quality care.
* Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record system.
Qualifications
* Certified Advanced Practitioner Provider (NP, PA, or equivalent) with current licensure.
* Experience in pediatric care preferred.
* Strong clinical skills and ability to manage a diverse patient population.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
