Responsibilities

• Delivering Excellence: Conducting comprehensive patient assessments and developing individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Taking Action: Performing appropriate clinical procedures safely and efficiently at the highest standard of care
• Providing Solutions: Ordering and prescribing appropriate medications to set patients on the path to recovery
• Maintaining Trust: Upholding strict patient confidentiality and building lasting trust within our communities
• Staying Sharp: Documenting patient information accurately and timely in our electronic medical records (EMR) system

Requirements

• Licensure: An active, unrestricted PA or NP license in the state of Ohio
• Independence: The confidence and ability to work autonomously in evaluating and managing patients
• Agility: A proven ability to flourish in a fast-paced, high-energy environment without compromising the quality of care
