  Monday through Friday schedule supporting an excellent work-life balance.

  Shared call model with two additional offices, resulting in approximately 1 week of call every 15 weeks. Call coverage runs Monday to Monday.

  Masters Degree Physician Assistant Preferred

  Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner Upon Hire Required or

  Licensed Physician Assistant Upon Hire Required and

  Basic Life Support Upon Hire Required or

  Advanced Cardiac Life Support Upon Hire Required

Courses and Training:

  BLS and/or ACLS as appropriate for the clinical role. Upon Hire Required and

  Nurse Practitioner - board certified by American Nurses Credentialing Center Commission on Certification Upon Hire Required and
