At SSM Health , we are committed to delivering exceptional healthcare services. Our SSM Health Southern Illinois Medical Group is actively seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our fast-paced Express Clinics in Mt. Vernon and Centralia, IL Part - time:
Minimum Qualifications:
Graduate of a nationally accredited Physician Assistant Program.
Must have two (2) years of PA experience specifically in urgent care, occupational medicine or primary care.
Current PA licensure in the State of Illinois.
Must be available to work at least one (1) shift per month with availability to cover on weekends.
Job Details:
Urgent Care setting, x-ray, and labs on-site!
Facility Hours: Monday-Saturday, 7a-7p; Sunday 8a-2p.
Self-schedule with other APP's.
In-office procedures include suture & stable removal, giving stitches & removing stitches, minor wound care, braces & slings for fractures.
Strong support staff, including nurse triage.
Eligible for overtime. Pay commensurate with experience!
