Hourly Pay Range (Minimum - Midpoint - Maximum):
$86.69 - 111.88 - 125.30
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) Or Bachelor's Degree in pharmacy.
- 5 Years experience in the advanced practice area; Or
- 3 Years completion of PGY1 residency and 2 years experience in advanced practice area; Or
- 2 Years completion of PGY1 residency and PGY2 residency.
- Basic Life Support for Healthcare Professional (BLS ) - American Heart Association
- California Pharmacist License - CA State Board of Pharmacy
- Pharmacy-Based Immunization Delivery - Various-Employee provides certificate
Other Qualification Requirements
- Any BPS (Board of Pharmaceutical Specialties) Certification is required within 6 months of hire into this position.
- Advance Practice Pharmacist License-CA Board of Pharmacy is required within 12 months of hire into this position.
