Outpatient Primary Care clinic just North of Palm Beach is seeking a Nurse Pracitioner with prior Value Based Care experience i.e HEDIS, star ratings, care gap closure etc.
Up to $140,000 base salary+ up to 20% bonus
~ Mon–Fri, 8–5 (no nights or weekends)
~Focus on senior population & quality outcomes
~ Minimal phone call
