Piedmont Healthcare is recruiting an Advanced Practice Practitioner to join the Primary Care team at our Outpatient Practice in McDonough, GA. The position is full time, Monday through Friday.
The APP will provide medical services to individuals, families and/or groups, emphasize health promotion, and manage acute and chronic disease, augmenting a physician's ability to deliver care. The APP collaborates with multiple IM providers to care for the PCPs patient panel.
