We have an opportunity for an Advanced Practice Clinician at Toppenish Medical‑Dental Clinic in Toppenish, WA.

Who we are looking for:

• An Advanced Practice Clinician passionate about community health and family medicine.
• A healthcare professional committed to working with underserved patient populations.
• New graduate? Make your resume stand out by listing all clinical rotations and your experience in community health or with underserved patient population.

Position Details:

• Proudly serving a largely migrant and Latino community
• Certified bilingual Medical Assistant dedicated to assisting in translation and patient care
• 1.0 FTE (40 hours a week)
• EMR system is EPIC
• Clinic Operational Hours: Monday - Friday 7:30 AM - 8:00 PM, Saturday 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Position highlights:

• Base Compensation: 141k - $160k. Additional earning from productivity and patient satisfaction measures should be expected.
• $15K Hiring Bonus
• $20K Relocation allowance
• $50K student loan repayment assistance beginning the month after your start date
• Malpractice insurance coverage (no tail coverage policy needed)
• 4-week Medical Spanish Immersion Program in Xayla, Guatemala

Qualifications:

To be considered for this position, you must complete a Master's or Doctoral Degree - Nurse Practitioner or Master's Degree - Physician Assistant or Bachelor's Degree in Health Science and a two-year Physician Assistant training program.
