What You’ll Do:

  • Serve as a team lead for material handling, inventory management, and supply chain coordination activities.
  • Analyze production rates, inventory levels, stock records, and material requirements to ensure manufacturing readiness.
  • Review purchase orders and inventory data to identify shortages, risks, and supply issues.
  • Coordinate with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Program teams to resolve material concerns and support production goals.
  • Monitor material movement and inventory transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Support customer property management and material accountability processes.
  • Communicate material control issues, shortages, and corrective actions to stakeholders.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.

Job Requirements

What You’ll Bring:

  • 4+ years of experience in material handling, inventory control, warehouse operations, logistics, supply chain, or manufacturing support environments.
  • 4+ years of experience managing material movements, inventory transactions, stock control, and material accountability processes.
  • 3+ years of experience utilizing ERP, inventory management, warehouse management, or enterprise business systems.
  • 2+ years of experience analyzing inventory data, production requirements, stock records, or supply chain metrics.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.

What Sets You Apart:

  • Strong computer proficiency and ability to work within multiple enterprise software applications.
  • Experience supporting production schedules, material availability, and operational planning activities.
  • Knowledge of material handling controls, inventory management methodologies, and warehouse best practices.
  • Experience managing or supporting Government Customer Property Control requirements.
  • Experience leading team activities or coordinating cross-functional operational initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify shortages, inventory discrepancies, and process improvement opportunities.
  • Experience supporting manufacturing, aerospace, defense, or highly regulated industries.
  • Outstanding customer service, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Continuous improvement mindset with an ability to drive operational efficiencies.
  • Ability to apply technology and automation tools to improve inventory and supply chain processes.

Additional Information:

  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and drug screen.
  • Overtime: May be required based on production schedules and business needs.
  • Lifting Requirements: Must be able to perform the physical requirements associated with warehouse, inventory, and material handling operations.
  • Work Environment: Manufacturing, warehouse, and supply chain operations environment.
