Experience
At least one year of practical nursing experience is preferred.
Licenses and Certifications
- Current LPN license valid in the state or through Compact Licensure.
- Graduate Practical Nurses must obtain licensure within 90 days of graduation.
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
