AdventHealth Tampa, a 626-bed tertiary care center, is seeking a highly motivated, board-certified Advanced Heart Failure Cardiologist for its Heart, Lung, and Vascular Institute. This role involves comprehensive advanced heart failure management, from guideline-directed medical therapy to mechanical circulatory support, within a well-established cardiovascular surgery group. The successful candidate will demonstrate leadership in clinical care, research, and education, contributing to a facility accredited by the American College of Cardiology.

Responsibilities
- Manage the full spectrum of advanced heart failure management.
- Provide guideline-directed medical therapy.
- Integrate device and electrophysiology in heart failure care.
- Manage cardiogenic shock.
- Participate in the ECMO team.
- Provide mechanical circulatory support.
- Demonstrate leadership in clinical care, research, and education.
