This Fort Myers facility is seeking a locum tenens Advanced Heart Failure and Transplant Cardiologist to provide ongoing inpatient coverage from August 5, 2026, through the end of the year. The clinician will manage adult patients on a weekend schedule featuring on-site rounding and required overnight call responsibilities. Supported by advanced practice providers on most days, the provider will deliver specialized care in a dynamic coastal setting.

Responsibilities
- Provide inpatient advanced heart failure coverage
- Conduct on-site rounding on Saturdays and Sundays for approximately 8 hours each day
- Fulfill on-site coverage and call responsibilities throughout the coverage period
Shift & Schedule

- Weekend schedule running from Friday at 5:00 PM through Monday at 8:00 AM

Qualifications
- Board certified in Advanced Heart Failure and Transplant Cardiology required
- Active state medical license required
