from an accredited medical school, current board certification in gastroenterology with additional training in advanced endoscopic, NJ licensed or eligible for licensure in New Jersey, and appropriate academic qualifications for appointment. Candidates must have experience in developing and leading clinical programs, a record of innovative and effective administrative experience, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a demonstrated commitment to promoting a diverse work environment.
