Job Summary:
Seeking an Advanced Electrical Design Engineer with strong analog design expertise to support the development of high-precision sensing electronics used in advanced aerospace applications. The role involves end-to-end ownership of circuit design, development, verification, testing, and validation while working closely with cross-functional engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and test analog and digital circuits and systems
- Execute hardware development activities following established engineering methodologies
- Perform simulations, data analysis, and verification testing
- Define test procedures and evaluate results against requirements
- Support design reviews and technical presentations
- Drive product development activities to meet project schedules
- Participate in troubleshooting and continuous improvement efforts
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related technical discipline
- 4+ years of experience with analog circuits and systems
- Hands-on experience with oscilloscopes, spectrum xzgxqkn analyzers, and network analyzers
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong background in analog circuitry and precision electronics
- Experience with sensor, instrumentation, or aerospace-related electronics
- Knowledge of worst-case analysis methodologies
- Experience with Matlab, Mathcad, Simulink, and Spice tools
- Experience with Arduino programming and data acquisition
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with Six Sigma methodologies
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
