Compensation
- Generous 'above market' compensation with unlimited/uncapped earnings
- Sign-on bonus
- Cash productivity bonus
- Compensation range of $288,000-$435,000, compensation model based on productivity
- Additional compensation for collaboration with mid-levels (optional)

- Fully licensed in Rhode Island
