Compensation
- Generous 'above market' compensation with unlimited/uncapped earnings
- Compensation range from $303,000-$390,000

Requirements
- Fully licensed in Utah
- BE/BC in Psychiatry
- Unencumbered DEA
- Experienced in both medication management as well as therapy
- Hybrid role
- Preferred: Bi-lingual, Spanish speaking
