Qualifications

• Fully licensed in Utah; BE/BC in Psychiatry with an unencumbered DEA license
• Completed a residency in the US or near completion
• Experience managing medication and providing therapy
• Hybrid role (outpatient + telehealth)

Open locations in the Salt Lake City area: Bountiful, Lehi, Murray, Riverton, Pleasant Grove, Draper. Additional offices opening 2026.
