Qualities We Seek

• Fully licensed in Utah, BE/BC in Psychiatry, unencumbered DEA
• Experienced in both medication management and therapy
• Hybrid role (consultants support in‑person and telehealth)

Compensation model based on productivity. Salary range from $303,000 to $389,999 per year, with additional incentives and benefits.
