Compensation

• Compensation Range $395,000-$435,000, compensation model based on productivity
• Generous 'above market' compensation with unlimited/uncapped earnings
• Sign-on bonus
• Additional compensation for collaboration with mid-levels (optional)

Requirements

• Fully licensed in one or more US states
