  • Established and growing fully integrated non-profit community healthcare system
  • Telepsychiatry capabilities in both clinic and hospital areas
  • Emergency Department consultation service across the enterprise with robust Clinical Liaison team
  • Administrative assistance for outpatient clinical flow
  • Systemwide EPIC electronic medical record system with dedicated onsite support

Compensation

  • Salary Range: From $255,000
  • Base Salary: $255,000
  • Competitive compensation
  • Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) eligibility
  • National Health Service Corps (NHSC) Loan Repayment Program (up to $75,000 in tax free loan repayment for a two year service commitment)
  • New Mexico Physician Tax Credit (up to $10,000 per year)
  • New Mexico Health Professional Loan Repayment Program (up to $75,000 per year in loan assistance with a required service commitment)

Requirements

  • Must be BC/BE in Psychiatry
  • Outstanding patient care qualities, highly motivated with an interest to grow their practice
  • Patient-focused, collaborative and team oriented
  • Ability to obtain a medical license to practice in the state of New Mexico
  • J-1 visa sponsorship available
  • Open to visa sponsorship
