Adult Psychiatrist

LifeStance Health is seeking talented Adult Psychiatrists in the Carmel, NY area to join their clinical team. This role offers a flexible, full-time, outpatient schedule with no nights, hospital calls, or weekends. Psychiatrists will provide patient care with the flexibility of telemedicine and in-person options, supported by a collegial environment and modern offices.

• Outpatient care setting, both in-person at clinics nationwide and through digital health telemedicine offering
• Focus on evidenced-based, medically driven treatment services for children, adolescents, and adults

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care
• Perform medication management
• Provide therapy
• Collaborate with mid-levels (optional)

Compensation

• Generous 'above market' compensation with unlimited/uncapped earnings
• Sign-on bonus
• Above market compensation-Range from $300,000 to $390,000-compensation model based on productivity
• Cash based incentive plan
• Additional compensation for collaboration with mid-levels (optional)
• CME reimbursement
