A highly respected, SLP‑owned outpatient clinic is hiring a Speech‑Language Pathologist to focus on an adult neuro caseload in Gig Harbor.

Position Overview

• Adult‑focused caseload including: Swallowing and dysphagia, Aphasia and cognitive‑communication, Voice and post‑surgical care (cervical fusion)
• Typical schedule: 40‑43 visits/week (scheduled at 50)
• 30‑minute sessions (some adult sessions longer based on need)
• 1–2 evaluations/week
• Full administrative and scheduling support
• Collaborative team environment with regular peer learning and case review

Ideal Candidate

• Experience in adult neuro, acute care, or medical settings
• Strong CFs welcome to apply—prior SLPA experience or relevant clinical experience
• Strong foundation in swallowing and cognitive therapy
• Interest in expanding into voice, FEES, or advanced neuro techniques (mentorship and training available!)
• Confident, independent clinician who builds strong patient rapport
• Open to mentorship and continued clinical growth
