Duties:

Provide pre-GED and GED course instruction to incarcerated adults at Maryland correctional facilities in Jessup, Maryland.

Course instruction includes language arts, math, social studies and science.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in elementary or secondary education or related field.

  • Minimum of three years teaching experience preferred.



Hours:

Daytime, Monday through Thursday
12, 20 or 28 hours per week depending on facility.

Salary:

$24 per hour
