You will partner with Ads Sales, Ads Product, Marketing Science, and cross-functional teams to diagnose performance, set benchmarks, and translate feedback into product priorities.
You will own the end-to-end view of advertiser outcomes, define metrics, and develop early-warning signals to surface under-delivery and growth opportunities.
