Providing strategic guidance and subject matter expertise, the full-time ADP Expert will manage the development, review, and approval of Advance Planning Documents (APDs) and related project documentation while working remotely with various stakeholders to support child welfare technology modernization initiatives. Key Responsibilities Provide expert guidance to States, Tribes, and the Children's Bureau on APD development and management Review and assess APDs, budgets, and project documentation for compliance with Federal requirements Develop technical guidance and training materials to improve APD submissions and reduce review-cycle delays Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Information Systems, or a related field Ten (10) or more years of experience in child welfare or federally funded technology initiatives Eligibility to obtain and maintain a federal Public Trust clearance
