We are looking for a RN MDS coordinator/ADON to round out the team, this is with a 50 bed SNF. Lots of support for the the MDS.
MDS coordinator:
- Current OH RN licensing
- RAC-CT certification a plus+
- 2+ years previous MDS/ADON experience in a SNF
- MDS Experience in Short-term rehab setting a plus+
- Team player with leadership skills / strong communication
