Trinity Shores of Port Lavaca is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to lead nursing operations, enforce policies, and ensure high-quality resident care according to state and federal regulations.
The ADON will supervise direct care staff, analyze clinical KPIs, and maintain accurate resident data in the YARDI EMR system, reporting to the DON when needed. Nursing licensure and prior supervisory experience are required.
