Family of Caring at Ridgewood is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing / Infection Preventionist (ADON/IP) to join our nursing leadership team at our 96-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center in Ridgewood, New Jersey. This is a full-time role reporting to the Director of Nursing and requires prior nursing home experience.
You will oversee infection prevention, ensure regulatory compliance, and mentor nursing staff while stepping in as acting DON when needed.
