To support prospective nursing students, the full-time hourly Admissions Enrollment Advisor I will guide applicants through the Discover, Commit, Start Application journey while managing inquiries and building relationships remotely, with occasional travel required. Key responsibilities Initiate and manage outbound and inbound calls to set appointments and conduct interviews with prospective learners Provide support and information to prospective learners and their families throughout the application process while ensuring compliance with accreditation standards Maintain accurate learner records in the management system and generate daily activity reports for the Supervisor Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred or relevant work experience in customer service or sales Minimum of 2 years of College Admissions experience and 3-5 years of Sales or Recruiting experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM and SIS systems Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Familiarity with FERPA regulations
