Your Role as Director of Admissions

• Guide prospective residents and their families through the admission process with care and clarity.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth transitions for new community members.
• Be the face and voice of our brand, embodying our values as Director of Admissions.
• Use data, feedback, and your personal touch to continuously improve the admissions experience.
• Ensure every admission feels like a warm, heartfelt welcome.

Our Ideal Director of Admissions

• Brings solid admissions or related experience—this is a must!
• Blends professionalism with genuine warmth and empathy.
• Has a proactive mindset, always seeking ways to enhance the community’s experience.
• Holds at least 2 years of healthcare admissions or marketing experience.
• Possesses long‑term care experience.
• Is knowledgeable in Medicare, third‑party billing, and medical terminology.
• Communicates confidently with physicians and caregivers regarding clinical evaluations.
