Overview
The Admissions Director plays a key leadership role in recruiting and retaining mission-aligned families by managing the school’s student recruitment, enrollment, and retention processes. This position is responsible for planning and executing admissions activities, supporting family engagement, managing enrollment systems, and contributing to marketing and retention efforts to ensure a strong and growing school community. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, personable, discerning, and passionate about the Academy’s mission of classical Christian education.
Schedule and Employment Type
This role is a part-time salaried position with a flexible schedule aligned to peak admissions periods (particularly January–May), school events, and operational needs. It averages to 10 hours/week.
Faith and Community
In addition to these specific duties, it is expected that the employee will model the Christian faith to students and as a representative of the school’s mission. She is expected to address poor behavior in students in the hallways when it is observed and to regularly incorporate religious themes in her conversation with parents, staff, and students, such as the Gospel, forgiveness, virtue, and redemption. She is expected to pray with and for the school community on a regular basis.
