We are seeking a motivated Admissions Director to lead census growth, build referral relationships, and enhance our presence in the community.
What You'll Do
- Manage the full admissions process with rapid response times
- Drive census and payer mix goals
- Build and maintain referral relationships with healthcare professionals and community partners
- Lead marketing and community outreach efforts to promote our center and services
- Improve conversion rates (referral-to-admit and tours) through effective communication and relationship-building
- Manage online presence and reputation through reviews and online directories
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of healthcare experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of patients, families, and referral sources
- Results-driven and growth-focused with a passion for exceeding expectations
