Admissions Database ManagerThe Pembroke Hill School seeks a detail-oriented Admissions Database Manager to join our Admissions team. This pivotal role oversees all data related to admissions, enrollment, and financial aid. The successful candidate will manage data integrity, execute complex data manipulations, and provide the statistical reporting and analysis necessary to drive informed enrollment decisions.Key responsibilities include:Data management and systems oversightReporting and analysisCommunications and correspondenceFinancial aid and decision supportQualifications and requirements:Minimum 1-3 years database management experienceRelevant college degree or specific coursework in database management, admissions, IT or equivalent work experienceStrong computer skills in Google Suite, MS Word, Excel, and ability to learn new and navigate new systemsExperience with Veracross is a plusAdvanced knowledge of database systems and proven ability to use and analyze dataDetail oriented with strong organization, analytical, planning and writing skillsAbility to manage multiple projectsStrong communication skills and ability to communicate with multiple constituent groups verbally and in writingOccasional evening and/or weekend workSchedule: This is a year-round position, paid time off in accordance with employee benefit plans.Compensation: Compensation will be based on a competitive norm influenced by area and peer schools, using years of experience and the highest completed degree.
