To enhance student recruitment efforts, the full-time Admissions Counselor will manage prospective student relationships, conduct outreach, and guide applicants through the admissions process. Key responsibilities Manage relationships with prospective students to foster engagement and interest Conduct outreach activities, including presentations and campus visits Guide applicants through the admissions process, ensuring a smooth experience Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field Experience in admissions, recruitment, or a related area Strong understanding of higher education systems and processes Proficiency in using CRM systems and data management tools Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
