Admissions Concierge
Bishop Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is hiring an Admissions Concierge in Syracuse, NY.

Duties:
- Welcome prospective residents, families, visitors, and referral sources with professionalism and compassion.
- Coordinate the admissions process from initial inquiry through resident admission.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries promptly and courteously.
- Conduct facility tours for prospective residents and families.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, and community partners.
- Gather, verify, and process admission paperwork and required documentation.
- Coordinate admissions with nursing, social services, therapy, and other departments to ensure smooth resident transitions.
- Maintain accurate admission records and census information.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to residents and families throughout the admission process.
- Assist with marketing initiatives, community outreach, and special events as needed.
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and applicable state and federal regulations.
- Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in admissions, healthcare, customer service, hospitality, or long-term care preferred.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and electronic medical records (EMR), is preferred.
- Professional demeanor with a compassionate, positive attitude.
